The booking platform acts solely as an intermediary between users and providers of accommodation, transportation, and other services and, therefore, is not responsible for the quality, availability, or fulfillment of any service booked through the platform. All terms, as well as any claims, are governed by the policies of the individual service providers. Users are responsible for directly contacting the service provider in the event of a claim or refund request, and the platform bears no liability for any disputes arising between users and service providers. The platform will, where possible, assist users in communicating with service providers, but all claims are subject exclusively to the providers’ terms and decisions.
